Join us for a nourishing + empowering retreat to bring in the Spring season. You will spend the weekend immersed in nature, enjoying a variety of movement modalities to ignite your inner strength and optimize your physical form. You will be challenged, supported and empowered with every workshop. Nourish physically + cleanse spiritually with paleo inspired homemade meals, featuring local and organic ingredients.

Consider this your guided total body immersion, with the accountability and structure to ensure you leave feeling your absolute best in body, mind and spirit.

Meet Co-Facilitator Crystal Cerrato

A master of movement and multidimensional wellbeing, bringing you The Primal Flow yoga and her new Spicy Slow Burn movement modality. Get ready to activate all of the feel good brain chemicals to leave feeling stronger and reignited.

Meet Co-Facilitator Kennedy Mullen

She’s a Reiki Practitioner, Yoga teacher and Somatic Healer, bringing you nourishing movement, heart opening ceremonial cacao treats, and a feel good stretch workshop.

Eat to your heart’s content.

You’ll be nourished for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks in between with homemade paleo inspired dishes. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • Shared Queen in a Shared Room: $450/pp OR $700 solo (4 max available, or 2 for solo bookings. Please book with a buddy for shared rate.)
